Yes, our fronts are pre-drilled to fit only IKEA® SEKTION® and PAX® style cabinets.

Unfortunately our BoKEA fronts do not fit on the older generation of IKEA cabinets, called AKURUM®.

BESTA®, GODMORGON®, PLASTA® and FAKTUM® style cabinets are not compatible with our BoKEA fronts.

But we are interested in all your projects, so it will be our pleasure to check with you. We are constantly evolving, it could be that we offer what you are looking for but it is just not displayed yet, contact us!

BoKEA is complementary to the Swedish giant, it does not try to compete against it, on the contrary, BoKEA works in harmony with IKEA®'s products.

We offer a more creative and better alternative for what really matters, the appearance. In short, we provide fronts, side panels, kickplates, trims and accessories in many designs and patterns that IKEA® does not offer.

We let IKEA® do the rest, the cabinets, the hinges, the aluminum drawer rails, the legs, the baseboards (ours screw on to IKEA®'s) or any other internal features not visible.

Absolutely! BoKEA offers a complete ordering service calles "We create your cart" to assist you throughout your purchase. Our concept requires a little more organization than with a regular cabinet maker, but with us you will save sometimes more than 50% to get a product of exceptional quality.

If you want a turnkey solution, we have a network of BoKEA Certified Professionals.

Yes, BoKEA will validate your order and start production when the one and only payment in full is received.

We accept payment by credit card. (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)

We also accept bank transfers. If this option is chosen, we will contact you after your order is completed to send you our information on how to make the transfer. The order will be processed once the full amount has been received.

Our fronts and panels are guaranteed for 2 years for normal use. Of course, our guarantee excludes abusive use such as shocks and blows. Nevertheless, if the paint is flaking or if there is any defect due to normal use, we will replace the panel.

Our accessories are guaranteed for 5 years for normal use. Excessive weight on a handle is an example of non-warranted use.

BoKEA does not hire installers per se but we can help you. In order to make this process easier for their customers, BoKEA has set up a compliance certification program for installers. It is a simple way to connect you with installers. Just contact us to see if we have a certified installers in your region.

BoKEA does not have an in-house design department per se, however we can help you. In order to make this process easier for their customers, BoKEA has set up a compliance certification program for designers. This is a simple matchmaking process between you and the designers. Find your designer.

Absolutely! We will be happy to help you finalize your project. We just need to know if you have an IKEA® plan or not. If you do have an IKEA® plan, a BoKEA specialist will contact you to perform a full review service to confirm all the necessary items that you need for your project. If you don't have an IKEA® plan, we have a list of designers that we partnered with that can give you a turn key solution.

We are proud to inform you that all our products are high-end.

Northern Wood:

All our fronts in this collection are source in the northern region of Canada. We only select the best quality of wood to make sure that our product will keep its glow and sturdiness overtime. Same goes for our veneers. Our high-end finishes are applied on carefully sanded wood panels that produce a hard and durable finish.

Boreal:

All our fronts in this collection are made with HDF (High density fiberboard) instead of MDF. This choice of panel makes our fronts harder to chip or tare down with normal use. Our high-end lacquer is applied on a carefully sanded panel that produce a hard and durable finish.

Shelves:

Our shelves follow the same process than our fronts. They respect the same veneers and colors to have a perfect match with our fronts. Also, we partnered with Hovr® for there floating shelf bracket. Made of strong aluminum, this bracket is easy to install and can hold up to 300 pounds.

Accessories:

Our accessories are built with strong materials and carefully chosen form different manufacturers.

All our fronts are designed/made in Canada and we are very proud of it.

Whether is for finishing the ends of a kitchen island or for some custom projets, BoKEA offers custom made panels. Slab, shaker or any of our design, you enter your measurements down to 1/8 of an inch. See our custom size page.

For the moment, we deliver for free everywhere in Quebec and Ontario.

Our delivery times are:

• 30 business days for our fronts, panels, kickplates and trims.

• 7 business days for our accessories.

• 7 business days for our samples.

Yes, just wait for our carrier to contact you, once you receive the email from the carrier simply notify them of your request.

When receiving your order, it is very important to check the condition of the boxes received. If during the inspection of the boxes you notice any breakage, it is important to mention it to the delivery person and take pictures of the damaged boxes before opening them. See "Terms of use" for more information.
